The Worthless Bad Outdoor Cookbooks?
What outdoor cookbook[s] do you find worthless for grilling and BBQ. I have
two, both written or edited by very well known, accomplished cookbook
authors.
1. The Time/Life book "Outdoor Cooking" edited by Richad Olney, author of
"Simple French Food" and others
2. "James Beard's Treasury of Outdoor Cooking, written by James Beard.
What are your choices?
