Default Dinner tonight Friday 11Oct09

(Yes, I know tonight 11Oct09 is not Friday! I'm making fun of Peter's silly
mistake.)

After last night I am walking around like I've got a croquet hoop instead of
legs!!

Tonight it's Wagyu eye fillets on the barbie, seasoned with salt and pepper.

<yawn>

Pedestrian fare, I know, but it's what my husband requested, and after a
performance like last night I will make anything he wants! I will serve the
beef with a Bearnaise sauce to which I will add a bit of ground cloves.

Grill-steamed asparagus and choko with butter to accompany, as well as that
old tired standby, mash with garlic and dillweed. I thought about grilling
some Halloumi, but I am not fond of the worms which sometimes infest it when
it comes from our Egyptian grocer.

The most interesting part of the dinner is the glazed shortbread cut out in
star shapes and topped with slices of starfruit.

There will be wine, but I'll let my husband make the choice about that.

Oh! After 3 PM! I'd best get my bunny HOPPING!
