Not sure what the liability laws are down there, but in the states we can be
held responsible if we get someone liquored up and they have a head-on on
the way home. I just organized a tasting for my Men's Club and our
distributer was very clear about us making sure we kept the pour to 2 oz. or
less per wine. We tasted 7 wines in 90 minutes and served food as well so we
figured this was about right.
