Need dips recipes...
i like to make a dip with hidden valley ranch dip mix...the carbs and cal s
are low enough to not bother me at all ever.
plus it tastes awsome...i like to mix it with plain yogurt and dried chives
and dip veggies etc in it..even my wife likes it and she hates yogurt
of course with sour cream its the best....
other good dips are roasted peppers and onions and garlic roasted with olive
oil in the oven till dark and then blended with a bit of olive oil..maybe a
smoked chipotle pepper for heat and mmm whats that taste.
but lots of people like hummus...you could even toast some low carb pita
bread spears along with the veggies to dip in...just cut em small and one
half of the pocket each triangle
