I really like Spanish smoked paprika, but some people don't. It comes
in sweet, semi-sweet and hot varieties. All are tasty and smoky.
Another way to go is to find some Hungarian paprika. Szeged is the
brand I've tasted and liked.
Coleman's dry mustard is the usual brand for us. It's very flavorful.
