I was very suprised by what it can do, and the mere fact that quite a *lot*
of very well known chefs here in Oz have more than one of the machines in
their kitchens.

The thing that got me going was the demo on making your own butter as you
need some from cream, and then using the leftover buttermilk to make
scones, or bread!!

If you do a search for Thermomix on YouTube, it'll come up with many
cooking demos showing what the thing does.
