Same here.

I like their 1/4 oz. offerings. Keeps me going back for more,
although t he shipping can sometimes loom large.


I'd hate to be just starting out. I think the Penzey bride's
assortment would be a great gift. Unless you suspect she'll be an HH
type of cook.
