This morning I had some home grown steak ( steer was named lambchop)
eggs and some home made hash browns
most mornings are meat etc and Sundays eggs and Hash or sometimes a
BBQ around 9>10 am , if its a rush morning then weetbix friut and
yogurt with a big cuppa
