Agreed. Grilling seems to be an East Coast thing. Rarely see it out
West. The one time I did, the place was billed a NY hot dog stand.
Also, consider nuking. You get no carmelization, but at least the
flavor is not leached out by the water.

I prefer them both, but am disturbed by the bizarre looking grease
oozed out from Nathan's dogs when nuked.
