Pollan is on "Fresh Air" on NPR (National Public Radio in the U.S.)
right now. I wasn't going to listen, I'm pretty much up to hear with
Pollan-ization (says she whose employer sponsored an entire book project
around one of Pollan's books and has actually met him) ... but I must
say, it's very interesting. Dare I say ... food for thought?
