Neil, when in Orlando, you'll have to leave the touristy area and visit a Cuban
restaurant (Don Pepe's is my favorite). You can find some Florida seafood at
Straubs in Altamonte. Bahama Breeze is a chain, but they specialize in
Carribean, which may or may not be served elsewhere, I'm not sure. But if you
really want to sample the best of Florida, if you have time, drive to New
Smyrna Beach (about a hours drive northeast of Orlando), take A1A to JB's Fish
Camp and sample some local oysters, clams, crab, gator, grouper, Key Lime pie,
rock shrimp, scallops, and much more.....email me for more info if you need
