Thank goodness for a well-stocked pantry

My daughter had the <variety of the season> flu last winter, confirmed
by nasal swab, and was deathly ill.
I've been subbing a lot and my exposure is simply massive. Not only do
I not want to get sick, I don't want to be a vector. I mean to be first
in line for both the regular flu shot and the experimental H1N1 vaccine.
I'm also planning to take a lot of vitamin C and to dance widdershins
around an oak tree at the next full moon.
Wish me luck.
