i'd never tried strawberry muffins before until i found them at this website: The Recipe Box — Strawberry Muffins
i'm just posting the link to give credit where credit is due.

Ingredients:

* 2 cups flour
* 1/2 cup sugar
* 1 tsp baking powder
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 1/2 tsp cinnamon
* 2 cups fresh strawberries, quartered
* 2 eggs
* 1/2 cup orange juice
* 1 stick butter, melted

Directions:

Preheat over to 400 degrees. In large bowl, combine dry ingredients. Add strawberries and stir to coat, being careful not to squish the berries too much. In small bowl, beat eggs. Add orange juice and butter. Add to strawberry mixture and stir until completely blended. Fill greased muffin tins until mostly full and bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown and a knife comes out clean from the center.
