Sounds interesting. My mom make the cornmeal batter off the back of
the Quaker box and thinned it a bit and made pancakes out of it. we
loved them loaded with syrup or jam/jelly. Served with bacon and eggs
it was always a favorite meal. I'll try it adding corn next time.
