Woke up. BG 56. No OJ. Had a slice of buttered whole grain bread with
blackberrry jam, while Jun made a bowl of Thai Cao Tom (rice soup) with
ground pork, green onion and FGBP with a raw egg dropped in at serving. One
hour PP 100 and felt a lot better.
Getting near bedtime. BG 77. Jun was asleep, so I nuked up 1/4 cup of
steamed rice with 2 Tbs butter. One hour PP 94. OK.
