Default Ideas with pesto

Keep it simple.
Tilapia, chicken breast, pork chop, veal chop. Whatever you like.
Season with salt and pepper.
Pour some of the oil off from the Pesto (like a teaspoon) and brush
the meat with it.
Grill. Remove from heat, immediately top with a spoonful of pesto.
Serve.

Or really splurge and do a t-bone/porterhouse on the grill and top
with pesto. Again, use some of the pesto flavored oil to brush down
the meat so it doesn't stick to the grill. You could also do a london
broil and top it with pesto.

Grill veggies: zucchini and yellow squash halves, eggplant rounds,
potato halves, halved vidalia onions... use the flavored oil, grill
until desired tenderness (i like it soft but not mush), drizzle with
pesto.
