I do something similar about once a month. I fry up some potatoes, with
onions, and if I have bell pepper that goes in to. When I get to the
last flip, I crack two or three eggs over the top, squirt a shot of
water off to the side and put a sheep of foil over the top for about 3
or 4 minutes till the eggs set.

Salt & pepper, with ketchup on the side. And yto make it slightlyu
healthier, a couple of pieces of buttered wheat toast.
