| It helps to change your diet and eat different foods. My doctor says
| there are phytonutrients (phytochemicals?) in foods that we are not
| aware of, so if you add variety to your diet, it can not hurt.

I wish, but in this case breakfast cereal has far too many carbs (which
of course would be variety in a primarily low carb diet!) so I have been
off of cereal for a few years now. Diabetic now, y'know.

My favorite was Life Original (the one Mikey liked) and I somewhat remember
eating very full bowlsful with real milk, so it wasn't too healthy, but
I consoled myself that I was eating one of the less sweet cereals. And I
really liked its malty flavor. So did Mikey, apparently.
