I don't like Grape Nuts at all. My breakfast cereal about 250 days in
the year is All-Bran with a sliced banana (or, in default, a few
raisins) and skimmed milk. Corn Flakes aren't bad whether made by
Kellogg, Rich Food or Giant and the same goes for Raisin Bran.

I don't like oatmeal or indeed any hot cereal tho' uncooked rolled oats
with raisins is not bad. I don't always bother with milk there.
