Ummm, begging your pardon, Michael, but around here "Pepper Steak" is
stir fried strips of steak with strips of bell pepper and onion.
Peppers are usually red and/or green.
Beef steaks cut from tenderloin or Eye of Round (eye fillet?) with
peppercorns and sauce with heavy cream are what I have always known as
"Steak Diane".
