I don't know what use you have in mind for this pot, but...
IMO, the MC2 line is the best buy out there. It provides the identical
performance to the All Clad LTD (dark anodized) at a much lower price, and the
performance of either is far superior to All Clad stainless.
I've dumped almost all of my All Clad stainless now, but the 2-qt. like this (I
have the anodized because I bought it for my MIL some years ago, then inherited
it after she passed away last year) is possibly the most frequently used pot I
own. For making rice, holding broth for risotto, and similar tasks in cooking
for two, it's the perfect pot for use on your small burner(s).
