The above looks worth a try .
Although a tad confused why no ground chillies went in if one is to call
it chilli powder

But looks a decent mix. Thanks for posting it

As we bought back a heap of fresh ingredients last week
and a monster Mortar and pestle that needs a work out .

One thing have noticed though with some brands of onion & garlic powder
is the variance in tastes and strengths . Which brands did you use?
