the usual: tea with milk, HF cereal, banna
Then, because we couldn't get into work since the people with the keys
are all either sick or on vacation, my 3 ginger snaps and half my
chocolate allotment.
Also the vitamins:
glucosamine-controitin
occuvite
vegan multivitamin
viactive chocolate and caramel calcium
chromium picolinate
red rice yeast
niacin
and one nsaid until the g-c takes effect.
