You still gain heat. It has to go someplace and the furnace just runs a
tiny bit less in the AM. Instead of the temperature falling overnight to 62
degrees, it will only fall to 62.1 degrees. In the summer, if you run AC,
you have to remove that heat so it is a waste then. As long as you like the
way the dishes come out, no reason to change.
