I'm diabetic too Wayne, you just have to take the marmalade into the
meal plan so you don't overload. Alternatively you can make low-sugar
marmalade with the low or no sugar pectin. I had biscuits with kumquat
marmalade for breakfast this morning along with an egg and a slice of
sausage. Very good.
