Thank you, Andy. For breakfast I had a half a cranberry/nut muffin left
over from yesterday's breakfast at Perkins. And a banana.

For lunch, escaped the heat to have lunch at Bobby's Burger Palace.
I chose the LA burger and a vanilla malted. Both items were
*excellent*.
