IMHO homemade (with lemon juice, not vinegar) mayo is the only sort
worth eating. I'd rather have Miracle Whip than storebought mayo.
Unfortunately, as others have pointed out, homemade don't keep too
good. When I do make a batch, I have sandwiches, deviled eggs, etc.
every day til either it's all gone or I'm sick of it.
