> 1 1/2 cups boiling water
> 1 cup rolled oats -- quick cooking

It is a pleasure to find cake recipes that incorporate ingredients other
than wheat flour. Oatmeal is a nice touch and I look forward to trying
this recipe, the next time I fall off the low carb wagon.
