It's cool. The guy I had in my 20s was Bruce Goldberg, he was something of a
local celeb in the DC/Baltimore area, a very good hypnotherapist who did
past life regressions as well. (I just went to quit smoking. Private
sessions, not very expensive. I chose him because his office was between my
apartment and the bar where I worked. Then looked up one day and he was on
national television, on something like Dr. Phil?)

First of all, it is like waves, you go down very deeply into it and then up
a bit, and etc. Second of all, when you are in very deep states, you get
pleasure chills on your skin, like when someone lightly strokes one's arm? I
liked it. I liked smoking more, so it took me another twenty or so years to
quit.
