I always have some Isreali sheep's milk feta in the fridge. If you
drain it, it last for quite a while (3 weeks). I use it all my
salads - with Girard's dressings (Champagne Vinagrette, Caesar, or
Blue Cheese Vinagreatte).

Never buy cow's-milk feta or any salad dressing in a plastic bottle.
