Because they dont have adequate standards controls.

We've just seen babys KILLED by melamine in milk products.

That melamine was deliberately added to the milk to
fraudulently make the protein level appear to be higher.

Previously hordes of pets in the west were killed with pet food which was lethal, quite literally.
