I still have to work tonight, so it's still Thursday night. :-P

Brunch today was a 7 oz. ground grilled beef patty with some Bragg's
liquid aminos and a side serving of steamed baby bok choy dressed with a
very small amount of butter, some dill weed, salt free lemon pepper and
sesame seeds.

2 Wylers cubes will be allowed during tonights work shift.
