My ex-boss would tell me of a Chinese restaurant in NY that was closed
down for serving cat in the pressed duck dish. Pressed duck was his
favorite dish at the restaurant which he and his friend would order
whenever they ate there. The guy likes to tell stories so maybe this
story is not true. Is cat an acceptable substitute for duck in pressed
duck? :-)
