Use it all
After a houseful of guests while we were away I had a batch of leftovers in
the fridge.
They has pretty much cooked what I had left out but it was time to clean out
the fridge.
Leftover 1/2 pineapple.
Diced and it became a pineapple upside down cake. Time to put the heavy
cream into the NO cream whipper to keep it from spoiling.
Leftover rice & 1/3 grilled tri-tip.
The tri tip got sliced and then warmed in a 50/50 mix of Yamada marinade &
water.
The leftover rice became Fried Rice with cabbage & veggies.
The pasta sauce is in the freezer. It was augmented with a cooked chicken
breast & 2 grilled burger patties all chopped up in the food processor.
Tonight we use the last of the green chili with pork.
BTW my complements to the discoverer of CRASH potatoes - they're a hit with
company.
So are you using more leftovers - I still have a problem not cooking for a
small army....
