Heh. Did you just ignore them? It happened to me once, I
was called over by the cashier and just minding my own
business as she scanned my stuff when I hear her rebuke
some guy behind me. I called her over here, sir. He must
have been too cowardly to speak up, just conveyed his
displeasure non-verbally. (laugh) I turned around and this
retired guy with probably all day to kill had the good grace to
look embarrassed.
