We are in the midst of a blizzard in Denver with reports of
8-16 inches depending on where you happen to be. So far we
have only ~6 inches in our neighborhood but predictions are
it will start snowing hard enough to dump 2 inches per hour
as it gets colder tonight. This is the same place that was
in the high 70s over the weekend.
The local mantra is "but we need the moisture!" which is
true. Denver gets an average 80 inches of snow each
winter. So far this year we have had 22" although the
mountains have had pretty good snow all winter. People
skiing next week on Spring Break will be very happy.
I'm very happy I don't have to drive in it.
