Depending on how much you want to spend, there are some quite accurate
digitals available.

The little RT301W has a calibration adjustment and is only $ 24.00.
I have no affiliation with this company, I just happened to find them
when looking for a new digital. I'd like to get one of their
Super-Fast Thermapens when our Cdn dollar recovers some of its value.
