She IS, apparently, concerned with diets. At least limiting carbs.
Robert Atkins wasn't a visionary, but he was a good popularizer.
Ketogenic diets work. Period.
Follow Atkins' instructions and you lose weight, mostly fat weight.
When I was faithful to Atkins, I was thin, but carbs are like heroin,
nicotine or alcohol. It's a bitch not to relapse.
