I paid $1.49/lb for the house brand point cut at Safeway in Hawaii. I
got 2 pieces but one of them is a big ugly piece that's mostly fat.
Uggggh, that's what I get for carelessly grabbing a hunk of meat and
dumping it into the shopping cart! I'm boiling both of them but that
piece deserves special treatment. Hopefully, boiling and roasting and a
whole lot of barbecue sauce will help disguise it's shortcomings. I'm
not expecting much though.
