It's "gyros" not "gyro". Look at the Greek spelling and you will see a
sigma at the end of the word.
If the owners are "Palestinian", they ought to serve "shawarma" instead,
anyway.

Mint, cumin, coriander (cilantro), cinnamon, nutmeg all come to mind.
Given any choice at all, I'd avoid this kind of "fusion", Unholy Land
restaurant like a plague.
