Now that's not a bad idea, IMHO.

The RFC Cookbook was before my time on this group - but I've done a bit
of googling and from what I've read, it was not exactly a 'cake walk'
for those concerned in getting it compiled and then published. I also
have no idea how much was eventually made for charity; maybe
Nancy/Damsel/Victor could tell us?
