Thanks very much for telling us about this; I'll have a look in my local
supermarket for farmer cheese! I've noticed that a lot of dairy
products are now filled with all manner of stuff that seems
inappropriate; for instance, I haven't been able to find real whipping
cream -- the ingredient list should consist of nothing but "cream",
shouldn't it? -- in ages, and the only ice cream brand I can buy locally
that just contains standard ice cream ingredients (cream, eggs or not,
sugar, natural flavourings, etc.) is Hagen Daazs; all the gums and
stabilizers imho add an off taste.
