Contadina also has a paste with salt, sugar, minced onion, garlic, and
spices in it. The "Italian Style" paste. It's really more of a
spaghetti sauce concentrate than a tomato paste (not that there's
anything wrong with that) I keep a can or two in the pantry for when
I'm feeling lazy. It's better than a lot of the jarred sauces.
