Dad likes to make turkey spam omelets.
I am so not a fan! I've been living low sodium for 16 years now.

A couple of weeks ago, I'd signed up for some volunteer work with our
local CPA Alumni Association (which I am a member of) to do Warrant
calling for the county Sherrif's dept. warrant officer. (Rusty is a
hoot. Never **** off your local cops, they will amuse themselves at YOUR
expense!)

They served us BBQ Brisket.

The Brisket was so salty I could barely choke down one slice. It was
like eating a salt shaker.

I gagged when I saw another volunteer salting it. <gag gag gag>...
