I agree. After trying many brands I stumbled onto Canola Harvest and we like
the best of the fake stuff. David will eat it on most anything. I only eat
it melted over veggies. I always have unsalted butter in the freezer and use
it when I have *good* bread to eat. I don't eat bread otherwise. I also
use the butter *in* cooking and baking.
