I've never been able to understand why people in this age who profess
a preference for "organic", "natural", and similar, also seem happy to
eat pseudo-foods manufactured from the cheapest oil (often palm oil)
on the daily market quotes and transported in bulk in rusty steel bins
that probably contained sheep shit (at best) or organochlorides on the
previous voyage.
