Hi-

My favorite local Chinese restaurant, Hong Kong Palace, in 7 Corners,
Fairfax, VA, serves a very nice fried fish with cumin dish that I failed
to recreate in my own kitchen tonight. Does anyone have a recipe for
this dish? I think its Sechuan, or perhaps Hunan.

If this doesn't work, I might have to beg them to give me the recipe!
