Not at all, the sprouts, Taoge in Indonesian, of the mung beans, or Kacang
Hidjau, green beans, are very tasty in salads, and spring rolls. And in
Chop Suey, of course. They are best if raw. They are slightly bitter, if
raw, and you should like that, like endive. If heated the bitternes goes
away, as does the crunchyness.
