This thread reminded me of the Vietnamese style ice coffee I had at
Pho shops. I would get a tumbler of ice with some condensed milk in
it along with a small mug that had a metal strainer packed with coffee
grounds and a hot water reservoir on top. Several minutes of drip
drip drip later, you pour the cafe into the tumbler, stir and enjoy.
