Tracking this stuff down is sometimes hard. My BIL (wife's sister's
husband) always got sick on vacation. This happened for years. They
usually went camping, so he figured it was something about that. He
finally had a long talk with his sister, who has problems with wheat (or
maybe gluten), and she suggested a food problem. Well, he didn't eat
anything different. They kept talking, and he finally realized that the
only time he drank beer was on vacation! So he gave up beer, and he
wasn't sick on vacation anymore!
